Our city had a Night Out Against Crime last week. They had a fire truck, ambulance, police car, hummer, and helicopter that you could look in and sit in. We got to see the helicopter take off from the field. They also had a k-9 dog show. Also, they provided hot dogs, chips, drinks, and balloon animals. I didn't know there would be food so we ate dinner before we left. Our next door neighbors, Covey and Finn, came with us.
We let Jace watch a show before bedtime one night.

Romeo and Juliet. He picks books off of our bookshelf until he finds this exact one. He pretends to read it or walks around saying, "Juliet, Juliet."
