Moving

We got an offer on our condo pretty quickly after we put it up for sale in March.  The day before we were supposed to move, we got told that she wouldn't be able to close the next day.  We were super frustrated. We already were all packed and had the moving truck.  We decided to move anyway because she still wanted the condo, she was just waiting on her lender.  Her realtor said she couldn't compensate us because she used all her money to pay down a debt so that she could qualify for the loan. This was also frustrating because she had a pre-approval letter from the bank that said she could afford our place.  We waited almost 5 weeks to close waiting for her credit score to go up and for her lender and title company.  It was super annoying!  That was five weeks I had to drive longer to work.  The weekend before we closed, we put an offer in on a house in Herriman.  The house had multiple offers on it.  The day that we FINALLY closed on our condo, we got told that our offer on the Herriman house had been rejected.  We were bummed.  Later that day on the way home from work, Clint (realtor/cousin) called and said we had been sent the wrong e-mail.  They actually wanted to accept our offer.  We were very excited!  We close on June 30th. We had the inspection this week and it went very well.  Next step is the appraisal.  The house is 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 car garage.  It is in a cute neighborhood with a nice park and playground.  I hope we will like it there.
